What we do

We help contractors and home service businesses get found by homeowners nearby who are ready to hire, and we build the websites those homeowners land on. That is the whole business. There is no social media package, no ad spend to manage, no bundle of services that exists to raise the invoice.

Why only contractors

A single job for a general contractor or remodeler can be worth $10,000 to $100,000. That changes the maths completely. One extra kitchen a quarter justifies the work, which is not true for most small businesses, and it means we can afford to go deep on one kind of customer instead of spreading thin.

It also means we already know the terrain: how homeowners pick between three bids, why the slow season hurts, and what a lead is actually worth to you.

How we work

• You see your market before you commit. The first call is 15 minutes and shows you what is happening in your area. Nothing is sold on that call.
• Plain English, always. If something cannot be explained in a sentence that ties to revenue, it does not go in a report.
• Calls, not rankings. Monthly reporting covers how many people called and where they came from.
• We say no. If a market is too crowded or the budget does not match what it would take, we say so on the first call rather than taking the work anyway.

Contractor Standings

We also publish Contractor Standings, a quarterly ranking of licensed remodeling contractors scored from public review and licensing data. Placement cannot be bought and no commercial relationship affects a score. The publisher relationship is disclosed on the site, and the scoring method is published so anyone can check a placement themselves.
